Product Introduction

     ZoyonIntelligent Road Testing & Measurement System is developed by Wuhan Wuda Zoyon Science and Technology Co., Ltd. The system is designed according to the Chinese road reality and plus advanced international technology. Company has entirely intellectual poverty right of the system. The system synthetically used modern opticsmechanismelectronics, computer and “3S” technology. With vehicle as the platform, equipped by high resolution image collecting system (IGS), laser scanner (Lidar), laser rangefinder (LRF), accelerometer, distance measurement instrument, fiber optic gyro (FOG), GPS receiver and integrated control unit. The system is capable of real time continuous high-speed collecting and measurements of crack, longitudinal profile (International Roughness Index (IRI)) and transverse profile, rut depth, geometrics (crossfall, curvature and gradient). Measurements can be referenced to linear chainage or GPS, allowing easy integration to Geographic Information System (GIS) or Pavement Management Information System (PMIS).

    This system’s development has been supported by Wuhan Technology Bureau, Hubei Province Technology Office and Wuhan EastLake Development Zone Small Company Innovation Fund (2006).

    Company is cooperating with BJRB RuiTong Maintenance Center closely. With the center’s abundance and advanced road maintenance experience and practical application, we will push the technology of RTM forward to be closed to advanced international level.
