This system adopts Space Positioning Technology (such as GPS, INS), GIS Technology, and the modern communication technology (CDMA/GPRS/GSM).

According to the position information received from the terminal installed on the vehicle, the control centre displays on the electronic map the actual positions of all the vehicles, and shows the vehicles’ states such as speed, alarm information.

At the same time, the control centre can collect and store all the information related to the vehicle itself (e.g.: the maintenance information of a car) and related to operations and movement of the vehicles. These data can be used to generate specific reports for the customer.
